How to Properly Care for Your Masks

Single Use Mask Disposal:

Snip Ear Straps

Place mask in plastic bag and tie top.

Throw away with normal trash.

Washing Reusable Masks:

TIP: Preferably use a different mask each time you need one, or at least one a day. It is also a good idea to have a bag for dirty and a bag for clean masks.

By hand-

Use regular tap water and detergent to scrub mask.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water after scrubbed.

By washer-

Check your mask to see if there are any specific directions on how to care for it. If not, most masks can be washed with your normal laundry.

You can use regular detergent and washer settings.

Drying-

You can either dry your masks in a normal dryer or let them air dry.

You can dry your masks laying down or hanging up in direct sunlight.
