When bad weather or unexpected fire hits our community, our employees pull together as a team from every department to assist local and distant communities. SERVPRO of Daviess County use the collective help and knowledge from every person on our team to assist all those impacted by a disaster in their home or business. Most of our employees are cross trained in multiple departments so we are able to help one another. All of our marketing department employees are Water Restoration Certified (WRT). This means that they are able to work or monitor job sites without having a supervisor with them. Having these people as back up comes in handy when we are called on Storm, and several of our full-time employees are gone for weeks at a time. We always have a plan in place to be able to assist our clients in need!
